As a Wellness Warrior I focus on Nutrition & Lifestyle, I work privately with clients all over the world via Skype, phone and in person location dependant.

I offer customised coaching packages structured specifically for you built on the principle of bio-individuality, I believe that no two people are the same and therefore no program should be either! Factoring in your unique food and lifestyle needs, preferences and even your ancestral background can be key to creating the change you crave & having it stick.
